Product structure

Conductor material: Bare copper or tin plating

Conductor resistance: In accordance with UL758 Standard, ASTM B3 or ASTM B33 Standard, DIN VDE 0295 5 Conductor or. IEC 60228 5 Conductor

Insulation PVC (automotive material).

Core identification:<20AWG: 5 cores and below are distinguished by color separation, acc. to Din 47100, multi-core cables above 5 cores are distinguished by core wire color separation, and white ink is used for distinction; ≥20AWG: 5 cores and below are distinguished by color separation, including yellow/ Green ground wire, acc.to Din 47100, multi-core cables with more than 5 cores use black core wires, and white ink numbers are used to distinguish them. (customized upon request if there are special requirements)

Stranding :The core wire is twisted into a pair; Layering of pairs
