As a flexible shielded power and control cable, external interconnection or internal wiring, for compliance EMC Standard connections to meet high electrical and light to medium mechanical requirements of drive systems in mechanical and equipment engineering. Self-extinguishing and flame retardant meet UL1581VW-1; CSA C22.2 No.2556-15 FT1, FT2; IEC 60332-1-2 standard.

Product introduction
  • 01 Product application UL&CUL certified data transmission cables, control and connection cables, mainly used as connection cables between the same service controller and encoder resolver. Suitable for fixed laying and low-speed moving occasions, no clear electrical weaving path, no tensile stress. Internal wiring or external interconnection of electronic equipment in the circuit, suitable for use in dry and humid indoors.

Product structure

Conductor material: Bare copper

Conductor class: Complies with UL758 standard, DIN VDE 0295 Class 5 conductor or IEC 60228 Class 5 conductors

Core insulation: PVC, HDPE optional

Core identification: 0.5 mm2: Color separation is used for cores 5 and below, in compliance with n, DIN 47100， For multi-core batteries with more than 5 cores, the core wires are separated by color and white ink dots are used for differentiation; ≥ 0.5 mm2:  5-core and the following uses color separation, including yellow/green lines, in accordance with n DIN 47100， Multi core cables with 5 or more cores shall use black core wires, distinguished by white ink numbering (customized according to special requirements)

Test voltage: 500V

Stranding: Layered or parallel structure of cores

Outer sheath: Flame retardant PVC

Sheath color: grey RAL7001 or black RAL9005
